WeLab Bank was granted a virtual bank license in 2020. I was the first Growth Product hire and worked closely with the product team and was tasked with a mission to launch the bank in 9 months.
MIDAS (Motor Insurance DLT-based Authentication System) is Asia’s first industry-wide blockchain solution in production for motor insurance. Providing a real-time, immutable, and privacy-preserving mechanism for authenticating motor insurance. We had been running the product for 4 years along with Hong Kong Federal of insurers, to promote the adoption of MIDAS.
CryptoBLK aims to transition from being a solution provider to a product-led blockchain company. Our flagship product, Kentro, is a blockchain network for enterprises to build their dApps and facilitate workflows. To grow the business, I was brought in to identify a new product line and increase existing product performance. We have partnered with Swire, one of the top developers in Hong Kong, to build out the product and promote more users. At the time, Swire was the only paying customer.
